TRAINING: I wake up about noon and eat some donuts, and play some UFC video games with my training partner Josh Neer. I watch a UFC to get really motivated, then I might shadow box a couple of rounds. It works for some of my teammates so we'll see how it goes for me. I’m also doing a little more wrestling.
Thoughts on upcoming opponent, Jeremy Stephens? He’s young, hungry, and I think he knows I’m gonna go out and beat him up though.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's a dream come true. I'm determined to give the kind of performance that will get the UFC to bring me back over and over.
What was your job before you started fighting? Landscaping and security.
